The initiative has started to offer a concrete help to mothers and fathers working for SIFI, so that they have the opportunity to choose an innovative educational proposal for their own children and take advantage of the firm’s nearness.

The nursery building is inside the firm, but it is located in an independent complex as regards the main plant. The building, surrounded by greenery and wrapped in a mellow atmosphere, has been designed as a child friendly place where colours, forms and spaces take an active part in the educational process.

The classrooms and the service areas are built around a central space, a great “square” that serves as reception point for children and their own parents at the beginning of the day, and as a laboratory for different creative and recreational activities during the day.
